Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 August 2026
1. About us
These terms are between you and RAVOLUTION LTD, a company registered in Scotland (company number SC864460), registered office 25 Nigel Rise, Livingston, EH54 6LT, United Kingdom. Contact: rehan@ravolution.agency.
By purchasing or using our products and services you agree to these terms.
2. What we provide
- NeverMissed — an AI phone receptionist for businesses. A phone number is provided for your business; incoming calls from your own customers are answered by an automated assistant which takes the order or message and delivers it to you, normally as a printed kitchen ticket.
- Ravolution Vaults — digital products such as templates, systems and assets, supplied as downloads.
Prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise on the product page.
3. NeverMissed service terms
Setup
Any one-off setup fee covers onboarding, configuring your assistant with your menu and prices, supplying and connecting the ticket printer, and putting your number live. Setup is normally completed within a few working days of receiving your information.
Subscription and cancellation
The service is billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. We do not issue refunds for part-months already begun.
Fair use
Plans include a stated monthly allowance of answered orders. Usage beyond that allowance is charged at the per-order rate shown on your plan. The service is intended for ordinary inbound business call volumes.
Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to divert the phone number you ask us to handle.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the menu, prices and business information you give us.
- You must tell your own customers how their information is used, as required by data protection law. We act as your processor for the call data of your customers.
Availability and limits
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Telephone networks, power, internet connectivity and third-party providers are outside our control. The service must not be used for emergency, medical, safety-critical or other calls where failure could cause harm.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use our products or services for unlawful purposes, to make unsolicited marketing or automated outbound calls, to impersonate another business, or in any way that breaches telecommunications regulation. We may suspend the service immediately if we reasonably believe it is being misused.
5. Digital products
Digital downloads are licensed to you for your own business use. You may not resell or redistribute them as they are. Because they are supplied immediately, you agree that your statutory right to cancel is lost once the download has begun.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, our total liability arising from a product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost orders or lost business opportunities.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be notified by email at least thirty days in advance, and you may cancel before they take effect.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
