Who we are

RAVOLUTION LTD ("we", "us", "our") is a company registered in Scotland, United Kingdom, company number SC864460, with its registered office at 25 Nigel Rise, Livingston, EH54 6LT.

We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us at any time at rehan@ravolution.agency.

What we collect

Website and enquiries

• Contact messages — your name, email address and the content of your message, so we can reply.
• Mailing list — if you ask to be kept informed, your email address and the list you joined.

Customers of our products

• Order and billing details — name, business name, email, billing address and the products purchased. We do not see or store full payment card numbers; payments are handled by our payment provider.
• Business contact details — for subscribing businesses, the details needed to configure and support the service.

NeverMissed call data

NeverMissed is an AI phone receptionist used by businesses such as takeaways and restaurants. When a business subscribes, calls to that business's own published phone number are answered by our automated assistant.

• We process the content of those calls — the order or request, and any delivery address or callback number the caller provides — solely to produce the order ticket the business needs to fulfil it.
• Call audio and transcripts are processed to deliver the service and to diagnose faults.
• Where a subscribing business uses the service, that business is the controller of its own customers' data and we act as its processor.
• We do not sell call data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Why we use it

To provide the services you or your business have asked for, to fulfil orders, to reply to enquiries, to take payment, to keep proper business records, and to meet our legal obligations. Where we rely on consent — such as a mailing list — you may withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with the suppliers needed to run the service, under contract and only for that purpose. These include our telephony provider, our voice-AI provider, our workflow and hosting providers, and our payment provider. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

Where it is stored

Our email and business data are held in the European Union. Some suppliers may process data outside the UK or EEA; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent contractual protections.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Order and billing records are kept for six years, as UK tax law requires. Call transcripts and order tickets are retained only as long as needed to deliver and support the service, and are deleted on request by the subscribing business unless we must keep them by law.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email rehan@ravolution.agency. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website uses only what is necessary to serve the pages and load our fonts. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
