Set up in person
I come to your shop, bring the machine, set up the divert, load your menu and test a live call. Then we set up your billing together before I leave, so your free week starts the day you go live.
Billing is monthly by Direct Debit or card through Stripe, set up together at your visit, with a 3-month minimum term. Full details in the Terms.

Will customers know it's AI?
It sounds natural, and it never pretends to be a person: if a caller asks, it says it's the shop's automated order line. I can also add a short line to the greeting so every caller knows up front. What customers care about is getting through and getting their food right.
What if it gets an order wrong?
It repeats every order back to the customer before ending the call, and you see the full order on the printed ticket. Anything unusual, it takes the customer's number so you can ring back — it never guesses.
Do I need new equipment?
No new phone system. It works with your existing line — we just set up call diverting — and we bring a small ticket printer for the kitchen and connect it as part of setup. If you also want orders texted to your phone, that can be added too.
What about my menu changing?
Text us the change and it's live the same day. Price updates, specials, items off tonight — all handled.
Can it just cover busy times or after hours?
Yes. Many shops only divert when the line's engaged or unanswered — so it's a safety net, not a replacement. You choose.
How do I get started?

Before I leave we set up your billing on the spot (card or Direct Debit), and your free week starts that day. After that it's a simple monthly plan with a 3-month minimum.
